Overview
Welcome to Deanog. In these Terms and Conditions, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Deanog. By using this webshop and placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
Deanog offers handmade leather bags and accessories through this webshop.
1. Access and Use You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this webshop.
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order.
2. Products All Deanog products are handmade to order.
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.
Because each product is handmade, minor variations may occur. These variations are part of the unique character of every item.
3. Orders An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
An order becomes final once it has been confirmed by us and payment has been received.
As we work with handmade products, production begins as soon as possible after an order is placed. Therefore, cancellation is only possible within a short period after ordering or as long as production has not yet started.
4. Prices and Payment All prices displayed on the webshop include VAT.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.
5. Shipping and Delivery All products are handmade to order.
Production time:
• 5–10 business days
• Excluding shipping time
We make every effort to meet estimated delivery times; however, these are indicative only.
Deanog is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors beyond our control.
6. Returns and Right of Withdrawal You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, as further described in our Return Policy.
As some products are made to order, personalized or custom-made items may be excluded from returns.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Liability We shall not be liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or losses arising from the use of our products.
In all cases, our liability is limited to the total value of the order.
8. Intellectual Property All content on this webshop, including texts, images, and designs, is the property of Deanog and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior permission.
9. Use of the Webshop You may not use this webshop for:
• Illegal activities
• Fraudulent or misleading purposes
• Distributing malware, viruses, or spam
We reserve the right to deny access in cases of misuse.
10. Privacy Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Amendments We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on this page.
12. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands.
