2.3Custom-made products are understood to mean: products that are specially designed and manufactured at the request of the consumer based on personal wishes, such as model, dimensions, colour, material, and layout

3. Offer and agreement

3.1 The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Minor deviations in color, texture or finish are possible and do not constitute grounds for dissolution of the agreement.

3.2 An agreement is concluded as soon as the consumer has completed the order via the webshop and Deanog has confirmed the order by email.

3.3 For custom-made products, the agreement is concluded after the consumer has confirmed the design proposal in writing (by email) and has paid the agreed deposit.

3.4 The first appointment within a custom-made process is non-binding. If the consumer decides not to proceed with the process after receiving a design proposal, a design fee of €95 will be charged.

4. Custom-Made Products

4.1 The custom-made process consists of the following steps:

  • inventory of wishes during a personal meeting (in the studio or online);
  • design proposal based on the discussed wishes;
  • written confirmation by the consumer;
  • start of the production process after receipt of the down payment;
  • delivery after completion of the product.

4.2 After approval of the design and commencement of the production process, no further changes can be made.

4.3 Deanog reserves the right to make minor design or material-technical adjustments if this benefits the quality or durability of the product, without detracting from the original design.

5. Prices and Payments

5.1 All prices are stated in euros, including VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless otherwise indicated.

5.2 Payment is made via the payment methods offered during the order process.

5.3 Deanog reserves the right to change prices, with the exception of orders already placed and confirmed.

5.4 For custom-made products, a deposit of 50% of the total price is required. This must be paid after confirmation of the design and before the start of the production process.

5.5 The remaining amount of 50% will be paid upon delivery, prior to collection or shipment.

5.6 Payment for custom-made products takes place based on an invoice. The deposit and the remaining amount will be invoiced separately.

6. Delivery and delivery times

6.1 Deanog endeavors to ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 2–5 business days of receiving payment, unless otherwise stated.

6.2 If delivery is delayed or an order cannot be executed at all or only partially, the consumer will be informed of this in good time.

6.3 Different delivery times apply to custom-made products. These will be determined in consultation and confirmed by e-mail.

7. Right of withdrawal and returns

7.1 The consumer has the right to dissolve the agreement without stating reasons within 14 days after receiving the product.

7.2 During the cooling-off period, the consumer must handle the product and its packaging with care. The product may only be used to determine its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

7.3 When exercising the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned undamaged, unworn, and complete, including accessories and original packaging.

7.4 The costs for return shipment are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.

7.5 After receipt and inspection of the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days.

7.6 The right of withdrawal is excluded for custom-made products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications, in accordance with article 6:230p sub f of the Dutch Civil Code.

8.1 Deanog offers a 24-month warranty on material and manufacturing defects.

8.2 The warranty does not cover damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, accidents, weather conditions, water, or improper maintenance.

8.3 If a product shows a defect within the warranty period, Deanog will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund.

8.4 Custom-made products are covered by the same warranty, with the exception of deviations resulting from pre-agreed personal choices made by the consumer.

9. Liability

9.1 Deanog is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the products.

9.2 Limitations of liability do not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of Deanog
