Made with care — and handled with care

At Deanog, we understand that sometimes a purchase might not turn out as expected. At the same time, all our bags and accessories are handmade, with attention to material and finish. Therefore, we maintain a clear and careful return and exchange policy, in line with our way of working.

On this page, you can read how returns and exchanges work at Deanog and what conditions apply.

  • Right of withdrawal

    You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without stating a reason. The return period expires 14 days after you have received the product.

  • Return & Exchange Policy

    A product is eligible for return or exchange if it:

    • is unused
    • is undamaged
    • is in new condition
    • is registered within 14 days of receipt
    • is returned in its original packaging (if reasonably possible)


    We ask that you only try on the product as you would in a store. If a product is damaged or visibly used, we reserve the right to refuse the return or apply a reduction in value. This way, we ensure that our handmade leather bags and accessories reach every customer in perfect condition.

  • Made to Order

    Most Deanog products are made to order. These products can be returned or exchanged, provided they meet the above conditions. Because each item is made especially for you, we ask for extra care when trying on and evaluating your purchase.

  • Custom Made

    Custom Made products are specially designed and manufactured for you within a separate design process. These products are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • How does a return work?

    Returning an item involves a few simple steps:

    1. Register your return via the contact form or send an e-mail to info@deanog.nl.
    2. After processing, you will receive a return confirmation by e-mail with further instructions for returning the item. The costs for return shipping are at the customer's expense.
    3. Printing, packaging and shipping the return package is the customer's responsibility.
    4. Send the package using the specified shipping method.


    Please ensure the product is well-packaged, preferably in its original packaging.

  • Refund

    After receipt and inspection of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible and within 14 days at the latest via the original payment method.

  • Damaged or incorrectly delivered product

    Did you receive a damaged product or is there a manufacturing defect or incorrect delivery? Please contact us as soon as possible via info@deanog.nl or the contact form.


    We will provide a suitable solution and personally guide you through the process.

  • With care

    By handling returns carefully, we can continue to work with small batches, attention to detail, and traditional craftsmanship.
