At Deanog, all products are handmade to order. This means we do not keep standard stock items; instead, each piece is carefully crafted specifically for you.

Processing Time We begin working on your order as soon as possible. The processing time is: - 5–10 business days

Shipping Costs NL/BE: €5.95 – Free on orders over €150
DE: €9.95 – Free on orders over €175
EU (other countries): €9.95 – Free on orders over €200
US: €19.95 – Free on orders over €300
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.

Shipping Orders are shipped from our studio in the Netherlands.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel's delivery progress.

Delivery Time Each Deanog bag is made to order. Production time averages 5–10 business days. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped.

Shipping times:
• The Netherlands: 1–2 business days
• Belgium: 1–3 business days
• Europe: 2–7 business days
• United States: 5–10 business days

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
