At Deanog, we believe that quality takes time. Every design is created and manufactured in our own workshop, with an eye for detail, material, and finishing. We deliberately work in small batches and take the time needed to produce each piece to the level you expect from us. This page provides insight into our production process and what you can expect regarding delivery times.

  • Production

    Deanog works with a very limited stock, primarily intended for photography and content. In practice, almost all bags and accessories are made to order. This means that your bag is made especially for you after the order has been placed.

    The designs are fixed, but each piece is handcrafted in the studio. The materials are carefully selected and purchased from regular suppliers.

    Production is mainly carried out by myself. When it's busier, support can be called in, always maintaining the same quality standard.

    The average production time is 5–10 business days.

  • Delivery time — permanent collection

    Every Deanog bag is handmade after the order is placed. This allows us to produce consciously and avoid overproduction.
    The average production time is 5–10 business days. Once your order is ready, it will be carefully packaged and shipped.

    International orders may be subject to local import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Any additional costs are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Custom Made

    For Custom Made projects, the delivery time depends on the design and the materials required. This will be discussed during the design process.

    In many cases, the delivery time for Custom Made items is longer than for the standard collection. Once the design has been finalised and the materials ordered, a more precise delivery time indication can be given. We are sometimes dependent on the availability from our leather suppliers.

  • Special circumstances & communication

    As Deanog works from a private studio, availability may sometimes vary.
    During periods of high demand or in unforeseen circumstances, this will be communicated in a timely manner—both personally and via the website.

    Transparency is always paramount. Should a delivery time unexpectedly change, we will contact you to coordinate this.
